Work day entails answering phones and setting up appointments for customers. I learned how to respond to my customers through their needs and requests. Owner is respectful toward clients and is very accountable and dependable. Job can become overwhelming if customers is not satisfied with service. However, meeting the customers were they are can be an enjoyable experience.
